Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • STNDRD™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in raising an enquiry with the courier.
  • STNDRD™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customs & Duties (if applicable)

  • Any customs duties or additional charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
