Do you offer express shipping ?
Yes, we offer express shipping for UK customers - we offer delivery within 24hr via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked and Guaranteed Next day delivery via UPS.
Orders placed before 12pm midday will be dispatched the same day of purchase.
When will I receive my order ?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Will my order be charged customs fees or duties ?
For UK orders, no customs fees apply. If international shipping is introduced, any applicable duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an order for an exchange or refund ?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my exchange ?
Once your return has been received and approved, exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
My order has been refunded. How long does it take to receive the money ?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
When can I expect a response from customer support ?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 business hours.
My order is being returned to sender. What are the next steps ?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Can I cancel my order ?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
How do I know my order is confirmed ?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I make modifications to my order after it has been placed ?
Once an order is confirmed, modifications are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
My order has been cancelled. How long does it take for the refund to process ?
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
I used the incorrect address. How can I update it ?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

I received a damaged product. What should I do ?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
