Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item.

Please make sure to track your returned parcel via the website/app of your chosen courier to ensure the parcel does not get lost. We are not liable for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assist.
