When are you restocking ?
Most STNDRD releases are produced in limited quantities. While some popular items may return, restocks are not guaranteed. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to stay updated on future releases.
How do I return my order ?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, please contact our support team at support@stndrdclothing.co.uk.
How do I cancel or edit my order ?
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations or edits are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I find a size chart ?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
How long does delivery take ?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Will my order get custom fees and duties ?
For UK orders, no customs fees or duties apply. If international shipping becomes available in the future, any applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
